I received a letter from my insurance company that my gutters needed to be cleaned and the roof was in need of repair due to plant growth. Michael was next door giving an estimate to my neighbor and I asked if he would be willing to take a look. He did, said the roof was actually in great condition and the gutters were about 95% clean and not clogged. I appreciated he could have tried for an easy sell by saying new roof was necessary but he didn't and provided me with photos for the insurance company. When we do need a new roof, probably in the next several years, I wouldn't hesitate to have them come back out and give me a quote!

My roof is less than 9 years old and has multiple leaks due to improper installation (misplaced and exposed nails, leaks around vents they installed, ect). The shingles are in fine shape so the problem is ALL in the installation. They also didn't put plywood down first even they were supposed to. They put multiple holes in the boards under the shingles and just patched them with sheet metal. I specifically asked and requested them to let me know and repair any bad boards or rot before installing new shingles, but they didn't. I now have to pay for a new roof out of pocket because I'm tired of having to have new leaks repaired every time it rains. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

We had the roof replaced through our insurance company but paid for the eves, soffits, and chimney repair. Would not recommend as they left our plywood bare for almost 2 weeks. It rained while they were waiting for the shingles to be delivered. We now have water damage to our ceilings. They painted the chimney 2 different colors and took the paint onto the house but stopped after a few feet. They do not clean up the job site better than before, I cleaned up downspouts, shingles, plywood, nails, and screws all the way around the house. They left a gap in the fascia above our kitchen window for water to get in. Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Gutter installation

The owner screamed and cussed out 80+ Mutual Client because she provided the invoice that he supplied to her. The invoice he supplied to insurance company and myself were nearly $12,000.00 higher. Was Completely unethical. Fraudulent in invoicing insurance company. Worst part was he screamed at the top of his lungs and used the F word to our mutual client who is 80+ years old. This is not the first time I've had this has happen with this contractor. Please steer clear of this company.
