For starters, they are very poor with communication... all the way up to the end when I called on a Monday and it took them more than 3 days to return my call... at which time I fired them.
They were hired with a retainer... the blew through that and racked up additional fees without consulting with me to even determine if I wanted to move forward or review things.
They have no skills in negotiation whatsoever... so if you need any sort of negotiating, stay away from this firm.
They completed absolutely nothing they were hired to do... but they certainly love to charge you for every little thing (oh, I spend 2 minutes reading an email, so I'll charge him for 15 minutes... and that adds up quick!).
Their staff is horrendous as well. Just FYI... attorneys (and their staff) work for the client, not the other way around! They were rude to me on multiple occasions, and treated me like I owed them something.
Horrible law firm... do not use them!
