image I have 3 teenage daughters that go here and I can honesty say, I've never felt like more of a bad mom, than the dental assistant at this location made me feel I was. Even my kids are like, wow, her hair cut fits her demeanor. Karen-type. Only constructive criticism I have for you is to maybe step out of your seemingly perfect life to assist us less fortunate one's, Karen. Either that, or find a better fitted profession. You make the rest of us feel inadequat, while paying your salary...

image We have rented out their presidential suites multiple times for our kids birthday weekend because we enjoy being able to let them swim in the indoor pool and we always book way in advance.
The last few times we have rented it the pool was down for maintenance which is fine however not letting your already booked guests know that it is now not going to be available during their stay is very unprofessional and they didn't mention it at the front desk upon arrival either.
Understanding things happen we let it go and bought tickets to go to another indoor pool place nearby. Then a pipe busted in our room which is also understandable things happen so they gave us complimentary breakfast coupons to use in the morning to compensate having us move all of our kids and stuff so late at night so we made a plan to have breakfast in the morning at 9am since online and all the times we have stayed it closed at 10. However, upon getting down to breakfast they said oh ya we now close at 9 instead . Which also wasn't told to us and is not updated on any of their info . So we said ok once again trying to be understanding and said we would go down to the cafe downstairs like we typically do and at least get coffee and a small snack for the kids and they said oh ya that's closed down too! The staff around the hotel is friendly but charging us what they do for nothing to work for constant changes without telling guests anything is very frustrating when you plan a trip with your family and constantly have to move things around and spend even more because of their lack in communication. We would not have stayed there at all and would have just stayed at the grand country inn where we ended up buying tickets to go to for 2 days anyways because literally non of the things that attracted us to this hotel were in working order anyways.
They said a manager would call me back to make things right and still hasn't happened and iv left multiple messages with the front desk staff to have him call me, nothing is being done and that's just bad customer service .

image I hate to leave reviews about a childrens dentist office but wow. The first person you talk to is Carrie.. and you can absolutely tell she hates life and everything about it. If the Childrens Smile Center would pull her calls, they would be able to hear just how unenthused she is. I have no idea how she was hired for a customer service position. She makes you feel like an inconvenience and its uncomfortable even calling to schedule appointments. We have changed dentist offices.

image Ive been taking my daughter here for about 5 years and I swear it just keeps getting worse. My daughter had a cavity and they said for her to wait until her next cleaning to get it filled. Im not sure why youd want someone to wait that long. Then the filling as fallen out 2 times within 6 months. I dont think they are letting it cure long enough. Then Ive had to take her back in because she felt like her bite is off which she kept telling them after they did the filling. They dont understand that people cant just take off work to keep coming in for them to not do their job. Dont take your babies here its just a pain for them and a headache for you.
