Paul was able to make it to our house within a day! He was pretty sure of the issue with our dryer from the problem I described and was able to give me an estimate of cost when I called. Our dryer was not heating and he was able to switch out the heating element in no time at all and got it working again! He is very professional and we definitely recommend him for appliance repair!

Paul was everything you would want in an in home service technician. He was professional, polite, clean and on time. I called, he answered, we discussed, he ordered part, he called when it was in, scheduled an appointment, showed up on time, fixed our appliance and was on his way. He was very gentle with my appliance, carefully taking apart and putting it back together being careful not to damage the walls, in what I felt was tight quarters. As a woman, I felt very comfortable with him being in my home. Paul was referred to me by my 76 year old mother and she had an equally pleasant experience and recommended him to me. I am so glad she did because I wouldn't hesitate recommending him to my friends or having him back to my home when the need arises. Easy peasy 5 star service.
