They canceled my CT scan and no one informed me. They said we left you a message, which didn't happen. Maybe they should make sure they contact you when canceling. Or put it in MyMercy so I can see it. I am not rescheduling at this location.

Expect to be on hold forever. Unprofessional and the entire staff is not very bright.

I went to see dr Cassmeyayer and NP Bobbi. I have went to seek advice because Ive been feeling very tired and well other symptoms. They honestly never went above and beyond to seek answers and rather pushed it off or came with an excuse. Never felt the need to do extra testing. I felt they never cared about me as a patient. I go to a different clinic, they found answers and have been doing a lot better. Even scheduled me to see a breast cancer doctor because of my symptoms and family history. THEY care. Its really disappointing that they call themselves doctors.

Had a very awkward experience starting out which led to becoming a very distrusting one after completing 1mo of PT. My last 2 appointments were canceled without notification & when I called to speak to someone about it. It was almost like I was erased from their systems completely. Although, MyMercy stated otherwise! Its one thing to have a patient verbally express their option to complete PT & its a whole other thing when youre being cancelled without any warning or prior discussion about those changes. I put no blame on my PT therapist Shannon at all! She was amazing & spot on! It was more than likely the woman at the front desk who tried to challenge me when I first started attending. Her energy is very off & unsettling to bear for too long.
