I had brought my car in about a year and a half ago because it was near totaled. I remember the employees begging very kind and helpful while my car was being repaired. The replacements and repairs that were made were done well, however, they missed quite a few things.
I recently got my vehicle appraised for a trade-in. The appraiser valued my car a lot lower than I was expecting. When I asked why, he went and pointed at missing parts under my drivers seat, cigarette burn marks on my center console (that was supposed to be replaced), hard wires poking in my passenger seat, and a cut on the lining of the passenger door.
Like I said, they were nice and did well on some things. But when you mess with the value of my car and lower its worth by a few thousand dollars when youre supposed to bring it back up to market price, its a bit disappointing.
