Terrible logistics. Waited around all day for a delivery to only find out they did not have my delivery ready and did not know who scheduled the delivery date with me. Very unorganized, slow, and I would not recommend at all.

This is quite possibly the worst run operation in North America !!
Illegal deductions from checks. Threats. Lies !

If possible to give a negative score I would rate this company -3 !!!
DANGER DANGER. Employees of this company lie and the management backs them up.MART BRAVO was disrespectful of me and my home during the performance of his duties. Serpro logistics made delivery of a new range. I requested removal be made through the back door. MART BRAVO disregarded my request and took the range through the front door causing damage to the door facing, also approx 18 inches of the face of the door were scrapped off. MART BRAVO lied stating my door was damaged prior to this incident, which it had not been. At no time after i reported this incident to Home Depot did Serpro Logistics reach out to me as the customer. In this day where there are a variety of companies that can make a delivery choose ANYONE BESIDES SERPRO LOGISTICS !
