If I could I'd give -5 stars. It's frustrating enough being your own General Contractor without the frustrations that this place has brought me. I ordered a window/door package through them but was never given any sort of confirmation. I tried confirming with my Sales Rep (Scott Taylor) about 5 different times to make sure that the windows were ordered. This was back in March 2021 when I "placed the order" and every time I asked the rep where the windows and doors were, he continue telling me that they have been ordered and they would be coming end of May. I tried to get an updated lumber package bid as well because we were getting closer to Framing time and he continued to say he'd get it to me soon. I followed up way too many time and all to no-answer phone calls and emails and continued stall tactics. Then out of the blue the Sales Rep emails me and says they can't fulfill my order for Lumber or Windows because lack of Delivery Drivers restricts them to a 30 mile radius delivery. Bunch of BS. I think if you're spending over $100k, then you can find time to deliver. Come to find out, he never even placed the order to begin with. Now I need to look for another supplier with a 6-9 week lead time on window orders. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. BEWARE.
