Danielle was our tax preparer. At first we really liked her. But she started to seem very ditzy and very unprofessional towards the end. She lost our tax packet with all our important information in it, then proceeded to talk smack on her newer coworkers. Waited 2 days. And contacted her asking about where the packet was and if everything went okay because we hadn't heard anything. Then she proceeds to tell me that our refund got denied due to someone commiting fraud. I had given her all of the paperwork doctors visit papers, all kinds of proof and she didn't put in any of it in for the irs. Then we were going to have her try it again and she was about to do it then proceeds to tell me oh I forgot to tell you I need you to send me another $505 up front. So unprofessional. Will not be going through h&r block ever again. They really need to get rid of her before she tries that with someone else and loses their stuff.
