HOTWORX - Kansas City MO Shoal Creek

The workouts are cool but customers service is terrible. I went a few times but stopped because I fractured my ankle and found out I have herniated discs in my neck. I tried to cancel over the phone but they said I had to do it in person. So I paused my account which is $10 a month. I couldnt get up there so I paid a couple months of that. I went to the office to cancel and they made me sign a tablet. The employee did not mention the 60 day full price cancellation fee. I couldnt use the facility. After I was surprised by being charged full price, I called. The person that canceled my account answered. She then explained the 60 day cancellation policy. Said she would try to help me get it canceled and would call me back. Well Ive talked to her and another person multiple times, each time hearing Ill see what I can do to help you, Ill call you back. Never have I received a call back and now they wont answer the phone. I just got charged my second month. So at least Im done with them but that was $120 out of my pocket to cancel my membership.

I love working out at Hotworx, I feel so great afterwards. I wish they changed videos more frequently is my only complaint.
