I’ve been practicing here for a few months and I love the environment! The discourse between students and teachers is noticeable, and it’s clear there is a community dedicated to growth for all. I like the daily offerings for classes and that you know what you’re going to get when you attend a class.

Took a class from Mara. She was welcoming as was the front end staff. The atmosphere and energy was positive. Also the space is great, I absolutely loved the natural light throughout.

Wonderful health studio! There are classes for all levels. My favorites are bootycore and vinyasa with Maria!

The space is BEAUTIFUL! The teachers are amazing and have fantastic energy! I also love how covid friendly it is :) Mara is a great owner with a huge heart for helping others!!

Mara’s classes are always so well thought out and I always leave feeling so good and well balanced! I took her hip-hop yoga class the morning of my birthday with my sisters and we had so much fun and she even gave me one of the homemade lum lip gloss that I absolutely love! She made me feel so special and really started my day out right!
