This hotel has absolutely terrible service. Im from out of state booked at this hotel for work Ive been here 5 nights and not one time was my room cleaned by housekeeping and was denied after asking several times. They also suggested I just throw my dirty towels and trash outside of the door instead of them coming in to get it. Then when I asked if I can get my sheets changed. The housekeeper said she will not be able to do it and instead brought me my own set of sheets and suggested I did it myself. Rate 1/10 highly dont recommend also not located in a friendly area.

Stayed here a couple weekends ago. Great location right off the highway. The room was spacious, giving you all the amenities you need and the complementary breakfast was great as well.

Rooms: Are really good for what its price at. However I do wish that they had full body mirrors for the girlies but they didnt. No elevators by the way.
Service: absolutely amazing everyone working there was so welcoming and helpful.
Location: It was literally right next to 7/11 gas station which is very convenient In most cases. Its near many places depending on what your plans are.
For the price youre paying I think that their breakfast options were good. I just wish that they had different daily options.
All in all it was affordable and nice to stay at. I didnt feel uncomfortable or unsafe in the area.

This hotel was cute, quiet, and convently placed. The only thing that keeps me from coming back again, is that they did NOT ask to see my ID or Credit Card at check-in. At no point was I required to prove I was who I said I was. As an employee at another Best Western this HIGHLY concerns me, because people will lie to get into rooms. It's standard Best Western policy to check ID and credit card.
