I called to get a quote for auto and renters insurance, an agent picked up the phone and his name was Aj. I had already began to build a person to person relationship with him after talking for a couple of minutes which is what I wanted for someone who I am trusting with my policies. Another agent, Bryce got on the phone and thanked me for trusting them with my policies. I love how it was less transactional and more personal over the phone.

I called them in to get an average quote for my vehicle's insurance and I specifically mentioned that I'm just looking around at the moment, few days down the line and my mortgage company was sent the bil. Thankfully my mortgage company checked with me first and I was saved from paying them anything.
