Justin with vallet top notch staff, all about accommodating the visitors. Even helped us w luggage as I had a wheelchair as well. All the staff at front desk were also very friendly and the most accommodating w letting me view room to makes sure could take my friend to bathroom with wheelchair! Top notch staff!! Thank you for your service and great stay!!

I was charged for 5 nights of valet parking ($175) despite not having a car with me. I have not been able to get ahold of anyone in billing and I have never received a call back about this issue, and this stay was almost a month ago. Extremely disappointing.

Justin with valet was so very fast, courteous and polite. Appreciate him. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Signs for the hotel could be improved as we had trouble seeing the name. We drove around the block a few times looking for Residence Inn.
Rooms: Very clean and well appointed
Walkability: Easy walk to the T Mobile center

The hotel is super nice, the valet Ms Zakouya did an amazing job and was Johnny on the spot with my vehicle each time I needed it. Great job Ms Zakouya

The gym is depressing.
You cant place an order for breakfast. You have to go, place the order at the in house cafe and wait for a haphazard production.
I exclusively use Marriott properties, and this is a place you need to avoid.
If and only if, you have to stay here, choose the residence inn thats attached to the courtyard. Do not choose the courtyard.
