nobody answers the phone, third time they didn't schedule my appointment, ignored my issues last year which I've declined to a state possibly beyond repair now because of their "doctors" honestly an AI could do their job better.

Super happy with my experience so far. They took the time to answer all of my questions and ordered every test we discussed. I came back in for a sinus infection as a walk in and was seen within 5 minutes.

Needed a medication refill, was required to come in for an appointment. They cancelled my appointment due to "inclement weather" & I'm completely out of meds. The weather is not inclement, just cold & cloudy. This is my 3rd appointment that has been cancelled for medication refill & I haven't been able to get my sleeping meds refilled since October, it's now January. You really can't count on anyone to show up for work, not even doctors. Try somewhere else.

I have medicare and supplement. I don't understand why they didn't charge the full amount to my health insurance company. It was $343.00 total but they only charged $138.00 to my health insurance making me liable for $205.00. I called billing but ever get a response
