Poor communication from the beginning having to ask twice for the quote. We settled on a date and was then told that the lumber was back ordered. No communication from that point until I reached out to schedule a later date, at that time I was told the price was going to increase because of a late cancellation. Decided to go with a professional company!

Did not even call back after receiving an email stating they would.
After a "Laughable response" from a review what really happened I went to there website and clicked on schedule consultation and filling everything out receiving an email that said we will contact you soon, after a week we never received any communication....did the same thing with an other company and they will be out next Wednesday

Nick came to my home and gave me a detailed estimate for Hardwood floors in my living room and my stair case. The floors turned out BEAUTIFUL!! I can't say enough about the work that was performed, the quality of the product and his Respectfulness toward Me and my family!! I would recommend Nick to all my friends and family! Thank you Nick!!

Please buyer beware with this group and keep bidding out. We had a challenging floor, in a new house, that they bid out and committed to improving to a desirable and discussed level. He sat in our dining room and said that if we weren’t satisfied, he would come back and make it right. He ghosted us when we reminded him of this commitment and blamed it on the previous installer and denied any responsibility.
During the refinish, he discovered that the material used wasn’t what he expected and the project was more expensive and more work than he thought it would be. Then he forgot to do our upstairs hallway entirely. We were patient and understanding of this miss. We had the highest hopes that these floors were fixed and problems behind us.
Within days the floors were loose again, and within weeks the floors were in the same state as they were prior to his work. Now, winter time, and the floors are worse than they were before.
His employee that worked on our floor called us after and told us that he quit because of this install and how the owner had many instances of overcommittments or bad business interactions. This employee requested additional fasteners to make our floors a passable quality and the owner told him that he wouldn’t spend any more on the job.
If you have made it this far in the review, I can’t advise strongly enough to move past this company and this owner, very disappointing and I hope I can save someone else a bad experience.

I would absolutely NOT recommend this company. Their job was never completed and after making several attempts asking that they come back and fix their mistakes they went MIA for two months. Only to follow up with a reply of complete and total lies—
This business is a huge disappointment for our community. It’s completely unacceptable how they treat their customers who are putting their hard earned money and TRUST into them. DO NOT USE THEM unless you’re in the market to have your money stolen and your children’s lives in danger! If I had it my way they’d be run out of town! Make the better choice and save yourself the headache!
