I bought an Apple Watch and couldnt get it paired with my iPhone. The young man who helped me took his time and found the problem and fixed the problem. I now wear my watch proudly.

My best suggestion is to call ahead if you need to speak with an Apple product support person about any Apple product! Theyll make an appointment for you over the phone which can save you the time and frustration of waiting or trying to leave to get things done and hoping you get back on time.
We thought we were having technical issues with our Apple TV box. I took the box & remote down to the store on the Plaza. I did have to wait over 1.5 hours for an appointment as a walk-in (definitely call ahead).
When I did receive assistance, Nathan and Chris immediately went to work plugging my box into their monitor. It worked right away for them. Instead of just saying nothing is wrong have a nice day, they performed troubleshooting to ensure that they didnt miss anything.
I was glad I brought the remote because that was the ultimate problem.easy fix! They showed me how to access the battery charge level by going into a specific place in the Apple settings. Since theres no indicator light on the remote, we hadnt known how to check it. Wed been charging it enough to function, but not to the full 100%.
To make absolutely certain everything was truly working correctly, they set up a phone appointment with the tech guys for later in the evening. We followed the steps recommended by Chris & Nathan and we were back working like new again. By the time we received the tech call, all was working and we are happy customers with ALL the Apple support we received.
