Max is a HORRIBLE person to work for. He likes to play with peoples benefits, throw sheet rock at his employees heads, lie to them, not document the locations that his employees work at & their check comes up short - MULTIPLE times. Its a great company to work for but Max is the absolute worst manager Ive ever seen.

I work for JR & Co. Roofing and we had a great experience working with Daren Haas and Kevin Miller (as superintendents), and Anthony (as foreman) on a big project at the Nevada Schools (High School, Middle School, Elementary School and Tech Center). Unfortunately we had some issues with some other employees, which don't need to be mentioned here because each company has some rotten apples, but moreover it was a good company to work with.
I look forward to working with them at other places too.
