I had a water pipe burst during the recent record cold snap. The water flowed for several days before we were aware of it (out of town). Drywall in garage was more than soaked. I can't describe the despair I felt when I first saw the damage. I didn't know where to begin. I chose ServPro of Platte County to perform my repairs. I have seen their commercials and they came highly recommended from people I trust. It took a lot of work, but they were extremely thorough. They detected potential areas for mold that I would not have noticed until too late without their expertise. And they properly removed all the damaged materials and rebuilt everything to it's undamaged state. Just like their motto: 'Like it never happened'. They had a great deal of trouble getting my garage door opener to work again, but stuck with it until it was completely resolved. Ayo and his folks were all very professional, attentive and willing to answer all my dumb questions. So patient with me. And wow did they work hard to complete my project!

The carpet in our church entry was damaged by spilled latex paint. The ServPro team showed up immediately after our call for help. Their equipment was first rate quality and they worked incredibly hard at removing the paint from the carpet. Their expertise and diligence in working on a very difficult job was impressive.
