Dr. Andrade has been my primary care physician for a few years now. Her bedside manner is phenomenal, and her follow through with care is equally stellar. She does not push things that you do not want or need, yet she sets up specialist appointments if you are uneasy about something and further care will make you feel confident. The Mercy app is also easy to navigate and very quick with communication. I receive results for yearly bloodwork by the end of the same day with follow up messages by the next morning.

If you can get past the HORRIBLE response time of the nursing staff, you will love it here. I called first thing on Friday morning for a sick visit, with no call back.. called again TWICE more and the last receptionist said she would send an urgent request. I did not get a call back until MONDAY! What a joke! Save your time and go to urgent care!
