I stay here all of the time. If they are booked, I ask to be on the waiting list, because I want to stay here. This has become one of my homes away from home. Everyone from the person who checks you in, to the housekeeping staff, has your best interest at heart.
I've gotten to my room when I've extended my stay, bags in hand, coming back by to drop something in my room, business rolling cart & my key didn't work, (my fault . . .when you extend your stay you need to re-key your card & I'd forgotten this) the housekeeper ran up to help me, ran down to get me another key & didn't miss a beat. This normal here. I didn't have to ask.
I stay up late in the business center working regularly. At one point I was having computer problems, the ladies at the front desk said to just e-mail my stuff to them so they could print it. They've consistently helped me when I was up late. If a counterpart comes to join me they are welcoming & ask if they can get them something. I had another issue at 2 am at one point & the lady helped me to remedy it on the night shift.
The staff that helps at Happy Hour & Breakfat will say hello, ask where you'd like to sit & take your stuff there if you'd like. You don't have to ask them if you need help. I came in exhausted one night & they asked if they could put a tray together for me. They will allow you to take it to your room. They will "always" Go the extra step. They recognize you if you are regulars & ask about your day. The cook will ask you, even though Happy Hour is premade for the evening, if he can get you your dessert. Or ask you if everything is okay. This is not a situation that begins or ends with one person, it's truely everyone that works here.
I was waiting for a cancellation once because I came at the last minute due to some business & they were booked. The manager asked if I would like to come & have Happy Hour with them & maybe something would open up. She offered if it didn't open up to help me to book me at one of their other properties. This is the norm here. The managers interact with the patrons & don't just sit in their offices.
I'm a busy person & travel regularly. I want to stay somewhere where you can be safe & comfortable. I want someone to take notice if your a woman for safety reasons. This is what you find here. They know who I am. They welcome me back. They ask me about my day. It's really nice.
I know I've spent a long time writing this, but I told myself when I got the time I was going to "give credit where credit is due. IT'S DUE!

Hotel was nice. Beds are comfy, pool and gym are great. We arrived at 4:30 (check in at 3:00) just to hear our room was not available. Receptionist told us to go somewhere and she would call us when it was ready. We were annoyed since we were tired from a long trip, but left anyway. Came back at 6:30 without being called - she said room was ready. When asked about being called, she fumbled through words- only to slide our key card to us / no apology. She was very rude. She started our stay off on the wrong foot for sure.

Took an extra 150 dollars saying we were smoking in our room which we had never done. Will be talking to a lawyer soon.
