The lack of professionalism from the entire staff is astonishing! Not only did they prescribe me the wrong lenses, they were the wrong design too. I felt uncomfortable and rushed during the entire process. They are very rude and unapologetic. Schedule an appointment at your own risk

I am an active patient between two locations, Grand River Ave in Detroit and Stockbridge in Georgia. Both locations provide professional services, very friendly and attentive staff. You are acknowledged as soon as you enter both locations and the staff knows me by name. You will enjoy your experience at either location!

Husband and I both went in for eye exams. Appts. easy to make. Ask for general information. At time of appt. the paper work was already partially done with the info given over phone. Hardly any waiting for pre exam and they even check your blood pressure. Hardly any time waiting to see the doctor. Extremely thorough exam. Then They give your paper work to the eyeglass dept. and no/hardly any waiting there. Very helpful, help us pick out our frames. Everyone very nice and knowledgeable. Will get glasses 7-10 days....Update: Glasses came in 8 days; including the weekend days. SVS has expert eye wear adjuster person. Only took her once to adjust mine and I think the same with my husbands. We each were given nice hard cases and gift boxes with cleaning supplies. She said to come in any time if we need any new nose pieces on them or having any issues.
Prices: We have insurance, so covered a bunch. But the listed prices are very reasonable; (comparable to Costco, or a bit more depending on what your going for). The eye wear lady at check out gave us an itemized list with and with out our insurance so we could see our savings. The selection of eye wear is the best I've ever seen and I've been wearing glasses my whole life; (pressing 60 years).
