I was forced to carry Work Comp due to the nature of my business, but during 2020 I lost money and was forced to scale back to just myself and I couldn't afford the insurance any longer.
I started getting outrageous bills in the mail and when I contacted them they told me I needed to complete the audit. After the audit they are still demanding over $16,000. I'm ruined and unable to get that kind of money yet they have sweet it to their"collections" department and they aren't sympathetic at all!
How can they charge so much for insurance that's been cancelled for months?
Horrible value! I will never deal with them again.

They handle my work comp policy in Missouri.
The have a plethora of helpful information about job safety. They offer a grant towards equipment that will improve the safety of job sites. They always take time to answer my questions and get me the infor.ation I need.
I have several insurance policies and MEM does not rush through everything as many do.
They take work comp serious and ensure that the policy holder is equipped with all that is needed to help reduce liabilities at the workplace.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. This company has absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I cancelled my policies months ago due to their high dollar cost and they still are trying to bill me for use since I have cancelled. I have sent email upon email to their agents and offices and finally had to block them from my bank account. I highly recommend getting work comp insurance and any other kind of insurance elsewhere.
