We were recommended this brokerage firm by some friends who were helped in buying their first home. I believe they had worked with Becky, but as she wasnt available when we made contact, we began working with Dalton. My fianc was actively communicating with him by phone and email regarding a refinance, when Dalton stopped returning calls. Unprofessional. I would say this was an unfortunate experience, but we moved on to another firm, choosing them based on reviews highlighting great communication. And what a fantastic experience it has been. Only giving the second star because our friends were happy.

Becky and her team were AMAZING. They answered all my first time home buyer questions and always made me feel comfortable. Kind and warm all the time! Even with my late night worrying emails, they always responded and took great care of me! 10/10.

Becky and her team are truly exceptional. My introduction to Becky came after a horrendous experience with US Bank while trying to secure a home loan. The entire process was a nightmare, with the bank repeatedly requesting absurd items and changing the closing date three times due to incompetence among their employees. After 45 days, I told US bank Im not submitting anymore documents and Im done dealing with them so they declined the loan and I thought had to kiss my $2000 earnest money goodbye. It was only at the suggestion of the seller's agent that I decided to give Becky a chance, although I was apprehensive from my prior experience. However, her professionalism and expertise made the entire process incredibly smooth and worry-free. While I was subjected to endless questions and requests for the same documents before, Becky's efficiency meant I barely heard from her at all. This was undoubtedly because of her extensive knowledge and genuine investment in my success. She provided a closing date of 10/20 and delivered without fail, always available to answer any questions I had. Overall, I feel blessed to have been introduced to Becky and her team, as they made my home buying experience extremely positive. I was able to move into the home after all and Im thankful the seller trusted her agent in knowing Becky would get the job done. Thank you Becky
