I used the large washer and did not fill the washer up. The clothes were soak with water. I told manager and he said there was nothing he could do. Unacceptable. I will not retire. Also the place needs to be cleaned

I go to this place frequently to get loads of laundry done in a short amount of time. Ive never had an issue with getting a washer or a dryer. ( I typically go in the mornings/weekdays) The owners are elderly but very nice and helpful. No complaints. As far as getting the job done and getting out, this is a great place. I havent had to witness any chaos, so that is great as well.
The reason Im giving it three stars is because the surface of this place could use some TLC. You can just tell that they maintain it, and dont look to improve it. I personally do not use the seating area because the couch looks VERY old, and as if it has not been deep cleaned in a LONG time. There is a bit of a stench over there as well. The other chairs are peeling. So the seating for me isnt so great. For a place where people have to sit and wait, I would love to see an improvement in that area. There are out of commission games there that should be removed and turned into seating. I would love to see a vending machine, and the bathroom more kept and upgraded.
I continue to go back because this place gets the job done without issues. I would just love to see them put more love into their business for themselves and their customers. Especially their main counter area, it is a depressing mess. I would HIGHLY suggest hiring a cleaning crew to do some deep cleaning and organizing.
