      image Had an insurance change and it has taken my rep Jay, two months, multiple phone calls hours of hold time and excuses of not receiving paperwork from my physicians office (when they have sent it multiple times while Ive been on the phone with them and once while I was at the office) to try and get my supplies sent to me. His attitude conveys no sense of urgency or care regarding ostomates and /or their needs. I will be looking for a new supplier and definitely a rep who cares in the very near future.
