Called to resolve a issue with a rather expensive litter box I had purchased by this company, the natures miracle self cleaning box. The motor mechanism has broken down and a piece of it has actually fallen out of the mechanism. I called the manufacturer as told to do so by the pet store I purchased it at, I was met with a very rude representative, who rudely explained they won't do anything without a receipt (understandable this is a really pricey cat pan), but when I requested he hold on a moment for me to double check my wallet he laughed and hung up. Guess I should of read the reviews better and laid more stock in them if this is the type of representatives helping the customers purchasing these high ticket items. Hopefully my pet store can help me find my receipt and I get a less rude representative when I call in again.
