I called to set up service they offer same day service so that's a plus. Easy to set up. They send the application via email and call you to get the deposit. There's a fee to set up for same day.

The customer service at this company is absolutely awful. I have never dealt with people who are more rude and awful. Last month, I was trying to pay my bill through their online bill pay and the website would not take my payment (wasn’t late or anything), so I called the office and the “man” that answered my call informed me that it was my fault that their system wouldn’t accept my payment( he was completely serious). WHAT? Oh Ok I crashed your system trying to pay your bill. I called this month to pay my bill and Heather told me how much I owed. I told no that is wrong, I’m looking at the invoice that you all put online and the figures are different. She states “oh that can’t be right, I shredded those old bills and sent out new ones with the updates fee, so you will have to pay the higher charge. I said No, I’m not doing that my bill states this amount, so that is what I’m paying. If you want people to pay the higher then you need to update your system. Not my fault. She proceeds to tell me “oh yes you will pay the higher amount” and tells me that the fee increase has been posted in the office since March. I inform her that I never come into the office (about 10 miles from home and work and their hours are such that I can’t get there after work) so I pay that bill online but if that’s the policy from now on then you should change the website and upload the correct customer invoices. She tried to talk over me and say ma’am I just said I would waive the additional fee this time for you. Cool but not the point, the point is you should update your system and not call the customers a liar. When you are clearly in the wrong.
