The Orkin man that serviced my house for the initial service recently (I didnt get his name sadly but I wish I had!), really knew his stuff and how his products worked which definitely leaves me feeling confident in his work, while yes, there was a bit of a mix up with scheduling the first service, I understand thats not a normally issue having worked with Orkin before in a previous home multiple times.
I do want to add this though, Im not normally one to write reviews unless I feel touched, or have a strong reason to do so, and havent done so in a long time, if ever, but considering this Orkin mans kindness in how he treated me, our three dogs and belongings with respect, on top of the fact he tried to go the extra mile and make small talk with me about technology to keep it from being silent the whole time
So, I definitely would recommend Orkin because the two or three orkin men I have worked with so far have all been kind people and since they are both kind and get the job done perfectly, they are my exterminator of choice! Service: Ant extermination

Paid for an inspection and treatment bc the house I live in had sat empty for a year. When I called I specifically asked for wasp nest in eves to be taken down and spray for everything else. The first time he came he didn't have anything to get the wasp nest down. First time no biggie. Then I had an ant problem so I called. They stated he would take care of that and wasp nest when he came in a couple of days. When he showed up he stated he didn't have everything he needed for the ants but put a powder on the floor . After he left I went outside and the wasp nests were not all down so with a severe wasp allergy I called back. The lady they transfered me to got attitude and said it hadn't been long enough for me to call. I then stated he didn't do what he was supposed to and she then said she'd get a manager. Now an inspector would come out when available. Highly frustrated and disappointed. Paid $140 for???? Services: Hornet & wasp extermination, Bug & insect extermination, Ant extermination, Home inspection, Spider extermination

Can't recommend enough. Top notch staff, resolved issues that rottler and steves could not. Might be more expensive (slightly) BUT extremely worth it! Very thorough and they are here initially for several hours to get everything done. Can't say enough a out how happy we are. Got rid of the termites, got rid of the brown recluse spiders, and I love the guy that comes out. He is very smart and been in the business for years. Services: General pest inspection, Termite extermination, Termite inspection
