William, you are very right. We strive to do the best we can with potential customers. We tried very hard after a 15 minute conversation with you to establish that. We patiently listened regarding your uncles health. We patiently waited while you had a conversation with a friend that stopped by while we were speaking with you. We offered advice when you expressed frustration with 4 other companies that canceled on you and that your insurance denied your claims. We tried setting an appointment for you and we were patient when you spoke to us regarding some electrical problems that you had. After you at the end used fowl language and hung up on us, we also called your insurance agent to try working something out. Through that phone call we learned that you were not the homeowner and that they have had some difficult conversations with you as well and that they have in the past had to take actions because of those issues.
