I love this store! So much jewelry, and they're ALL one-of-a-kind pieces! The quality is excellent and there's so many choices!! Not just that but the pottery and other Native American items they have in there are great. The owner worked really hard to fit my needs, which is so unlike other chain-stores. He may be a little gruff, but I'm no expert on jewelry, and he is. Very honest and surprisingly very affordable. Definitely will be back ASAP!!!!!

If I could rate them a zero I would.
Went to have an earring made and replaced. Each time I came to pick it up the shop owner closed early. Showed up 10 minutes after he called to say my jewelry was ready, refused to answer the phone and wouldn't open the door until he realized I wasn't leaving. Told me I could only pay cash even though I've used my debit card there before when purchasing jewelry. Since he was obviously trying to leave I told him I would come back the next day. Came back today during business hours, he's standing outside waiting on his ride. Refused to open the shop and do a quick exchange so I could pick up my goods after waiting a full week, even though he's the one closing almost an hour early. This man does not care about business at all. Consistently closing early, very unhelpful, terrible replacement. I will be taking my work to another silversmith in town. Someone who will actually appreciate my business.
Also his craftsmanship is not near the level it should be for the attitude he gives. He promised he could make something satisfactory. I just want to pick up my stuff and take it elsewhere.
