Socket has been great! The installation was easy. The technician explained the process and gave us choices of where we wanted connections installed. Socket is also saving us over $200 a month and for the same results. Thank you, Socket!

Internet has been out for days and every time I call Socket they only have excuses, I have yet to see someone at my residence to reconcile this issue, but of course they still expect me to pay them for services I'm not receiving. The very last time I called the service person I talked to told me I was preaching to the choir and he really didn't care or want to hear what I had to say, they didn't care that we work and go to school from home and need our Internet.
