Mike did what I consider an outstanding job. He was very professional and took the time to explain what he found, both good and bad, in terms my wife and I both understood. He even took time to look at two things not covered in the regular inspection. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a home inspection.

Mike Rawlings at Emery Home Inspection did a home inspection for us in 2011 and at a different location in 2019. He is very professional. He is also very thorough. I appreciate that he allows the buyer to be present at the inspection, and he does a great job of walking you through what he is seeing. Very helpful!
