Excellent service! Marvin and Andy were extremely helpful. I was in urgent need of a part they had it delivered by 8am the next morning. They even had a note on the part telling the driver to deliver first thing in the AM. Little things like that go a long way.

I needed a vacuum pump for my 2019 Equinox. It was fir the brake assist which had a recall. I couldn't get the part anywhere but they found one and about a week later got it for me.. I put it on and immediately oil was everywhere. It's only 3 bolts so I was confused about why it was doing it. I replaced the seal but nothing helped. As it is our only car, I just kept putting oil in it cause I had to drive it. After working another week so I could afford to get another pump, I took theirs back off and carefully inspected it. Turns out the outer faceplate is warped and there's a 32nd of an in gap on the bottom of the pump. I didn't have a replacement yet so I bought a tube of high heat and vibration gasket maker and used it to seal the gap. It worked and after losing over $100 worth of ow20 it didn't work but stopped the leak. I'm rating them a 3 because I'm taking their pump back Monday and I expect a full refund. It's not their fault it was defective, but they sold it to me. They should have to get their money back from whoever they got it from. Other than that I love them. They were friendly and helpful and I'll continue to use them as long as they make good on this pump. I can't afford to lose $130.
Update: I took the defective pump back, and they know I got it from them, but made the excuse that I didn't have the box it came in so too bad for me. It wasn't in its original box to begin with. So basically they are screwing me out of my money. I contacted the corporate headquarters who told me to take it back for a refund and I showed them the message and they said they're independent and didn't have to listen to them. Simply put they know and are intentionally cheating me out of almost $150
By far the worst company and people I ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They're bums and thieves. Stay away from them.
Still refusing to honor their guarantee. I'd give them a zero if I could.
