Terrible and expensive service. Dropped RV for oil change, generator repair, oil dipstick replacement. They advised that they could not fix the dipstick. They claimed they ran the generator for a day and with no trouble. (They only had the RV for one day.) I got a bill for$488.05. The generator was not fixed. I called and they told me I could leave it so they could run it another day. NOT A Snowball's chance in H.. they will get a chance to bill me for over $400 for work they don't do.

On Monday, gave app for 8 am Tuesday to change oil and Service
the generstor and engine. Got there on time and they put in shop. 1:30pm they started work on it, after moving later arrivals ahead of me. Said they needed the engine to cool down ( an hour and half will do that)
Needless to say ,NOT HAPPY . Would have brought a sack lunch , a bit hungry when I got home at 5.

Not impressed, first time customer pulled into shop pointed out the air leak to the tech, he had it fixed within 10 mins. Poor communication from Service Manager. Tech went on lunch and continued to bill time at $191/hr. I had to assist tech with removing and returning spare tire and show him how to start the bus while other staff was cleaning shop.
Unprofessional and dishonest business practices. Would caution customers and recommend another shop.

After making an appointment they were not able to look at my RV until the next day and gave no explanation of why it was missed. Called me and said they need to drop my (cummings-generator) to see what was wrong ($690.00). I decided to go somewhere else and get a second opinion. They started it right up and said you need to hold the button for at least 10 seconds...NO Charge.. Cummings charged me $45 to check it...(thinking they didnt even try to start it!) you would think that they would have know this since it is a cummings generator..so $690 saved and maybe more. I do not recommend them! if i could i would give them a zero!
