I will never stay here again. We were told the price of the hotel over the phone and we booked our room. When we got there they ran my card for an extra $200. They never told us it would be $50 per day for incidentals. So we stayed 1 night and canceled the other 4 nights. Now we are $400 short on our first trip to St Louis. They never gave us this information. Trip ruined because our budget
has been messed up with a lack of information and a hold on our money. The hotel is old and smells and cost $6 every time you leave to go somewhere. Trip ruined!!!

This place is horrible!!!! Our room didn't even look clean we found a used bandaid on the floor as well as what looked like 2 weeks worth of dust. We had to go to the front desk to ask for basic things like hand soap that they forgot to put in our room. We knew we had to pay for parking but we were told it's free on the weekend, they neglected to tell us that you have to park then walk your ticket down to the front before you leave. This hotel is a joke . Paid almost $500 to stay here. Should have cost $200 with the service you give.

I would’ve marked 0 stars but it wasn’t an option. Upon arrival I was checked into mans room my kid son and I had to see him in his underwear! 🤦🏾‍♀️ After that Shana the manger on duty gave us an upgrade from a king studio to a regular king room 😒 only to find out the whole door was off the hedge when we opened it it just started hanging about the literally fall off. That was the worst upgrade I ever heard of! I was over it my checkin experience was terrible at this point I wanted to leave. The online pictures are deceiving the pool area is way smaller and the game room was also a small room with 5 machines and 3 were out of order😒 I wanted to do something special for my kid on his birthday and it was ruined! 😩 Have of my work vacation days are wasted because of this hotel staff and condition! 😩 I couldn’t get a refund right away because I booked online through Expedia I spend a total of $339.96 and all of it have to be on hold for 5 business days including the $100 incidentals charge which was all the money I had on hotel budget were from out of state we had to drive all the way back home! If your online looking for a nice hotel to visit trust me when I say NEXT… KEEP SCROLLING!! This one is totally unacceptable!!!

Used to be better, breakfast was really disappointing compared to our last 2 visits.
Our check-in was 1.5hours late because they didn’t have our room ready.
Staff was extremely nice.

Terrible sanitation! Their rooms are similar to the pictures, except there was little to no upkeep in the room that I stayed in. The front desk workers are a hairs width from being rude. Was told I would get a refund for leaving early, but because I formally checked out at 4:03 pm, three minutes past the deadline, I was charged the full amount. All of this could have been overlooked if it were not for that disgusting pool! When I told them it was gross (my exact words) they said they would have someone look at it, and if necessary, close it until the pool guy came. Less than 20 mins later, it was open, and just as disgusting as it was when I was trying to swim. With their exact words "it's fine".
