My wife and I were very, very happy with CertaPro Painters of Chesterfield and what a great job they did in completing our home painting project.! It was a first-rate experience from start to finish! Their crews were courteous, professional and delivered on all their commitments as planned. They were flexible in meeting our scheduling needs, easy to work with, and they were great in keeping us updated throughout the project. Highly recommended!

We hired CertaPro of West County (Chesterfield) and were very pleased with the level of service, pricing and the final results. Our 26-year-old house looks like new again (note, I posted a picture of the nice clean white paint job and black shutters, but not sure it stayed with this written review).
Chad provided us with a very clear road map of what to expect. There were zero surprises and we found the expertise of his three painters to be over the top, on preparation, carpentry repairs and superb painting.
Chad took much time to really study our house before providing a detailed bid. His extra time helped us understand the total job and what was needed to get to the high expectations we had. His painters exceeded our expectations and could not have been more personable and courteous, always making sure we understood what they were doing and when they would return, subject to some difficult weather.
In summary, we got our home preserved to a like-new status at a very fair price in a good time frame. Timing was important as our daughter was getting married with pictures occurring at our house. Our house looked fantastic on the big day!
We highly recommend CertaPro of West County to anyone in the area needing to seriously enhance the appearance of their home. Note we used this company in the past on an interior paint job of our 1860's era rental property. Guests have been amazed at how nice the interior looks.

Worst experience working with a company that I've ever had. First day - my furniture wasn't covered, so I had white paint splatter on my black furniture and bed (from painting the ceiling). On the second day, the painter never showed. He never even called the owner to tell him he couldn't make it. All of the holes in the wall (from screws) weren't fixed. I had to go around the room marking areas with post-its that needed touch-ups. They spackled, and then painted when the spackle was still wet - causing the paint not to stick. There are paint drippings on the corners of the room. White paint splatter from the baseboards on my newly-painted walls. White paint brush marks from the baseboards on the walls near the baseboards. Paint on my carpet, because they didn't put down dropcloths. Overall, a sloppy, lazy job.
Nice owner; horrible crew and terrible job.
