Carthage location: Dropped jeans off for a press only on a Monday was told they would be ready no later than Wednesday. Never received a call for pick up, tried calling on Thursday and received a busy signal everytime. So I called Joplin and was told they are only open on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and there was no way to know if they were finished. Would strongly recommend going somewhere else. Preferably a place that doesn't in house.

I was needing a place close to work to take my dry cleaning and decided to try them out. Have had no issues and have been using them for over a year. Hours are posted in the window. They're always very friendly and let me know when to pick my clothes up. I recommend Ryan's to my friends and family.
