I stay at nice hotels all across the country and I had high hopes for this hotel when we booked the king sweet with a balcony view. Unfortunately that was not the case we checked in and was meet by a young man at the front desk who was having issues with the computer system not working after moving from one computer to the other he got us checked in then he went on how to get to the room I asked is there a map or something u could give us he said no and almost seemed like I was crazy for asking for one so we went on the hunt for our room after getting lost a few times and being rather annoyed cause we'll the elevators numbers are rubbed off so u wasn't sure if this was the elevator u needed or not and we wasn't sure were he told us to go we finialy made it to our room thanks to some other guests staying there who even said they had do the same thing ( go on the hunt ). Once there I entered my room and tripped over the floor in our bedroom which has a massive roll in the carpet next to and infront the bed we tripped over this many times in the night we stayed here we decided let's check out the balcony view which was extremely disappointing cause it was just a view of a massive green roof on the north side we called the office asked about it and they seemed like we was upset upset them so we said whatever and went on our day on the landing. When we returned we had a couple friends that decided to use the pull out couch when we pulled the couch out it was beyond gross it had massive rips tears stuff all over it couple spots looked like either throw up or human waste we called front desk and they sent up manager and cleaning lady and they even said that is was gross they sent up a twin mattress roll around bed which wasn't big enough for one person let alone 2 so my friends decided at 3am to just go back to there home 1hr away we informed the front desk of all these issues and not one sorry it seemed like I was bothering them either way this will be the last stay I do here I believe and that's very unfortunate cause it always seemed to me to be a good place. I wish I could post the pictures we took of the room the floor and the gross bed as nice as this place should be it was not even close. Very SAD

We attempted to check in here… my fiancé went to ask the manager a question her demeanor was extremely unprofessional and she was very rude. She definitely lacks the customer service skills that should be required for her position. But on the plus side the bell hop was extremely kind and helpful.

We left something in the room. Called shortly after and could never reach anyone on the phone. Either no answer or transfered and then no answer. Finally a customer service person was contacted. They told us they would give us a return call. That never came. I am very unhappy.

I normally do not write negative reviews, but our room in the South Tower was horrible. I paid extra for a deluxe king suite with balcony at the Branson landing. We were given a room in the South Tower. When we arrived to our room we found it was not nice at all. It was also a long walk from the parking area. I called down to front desk and was told they were booked and had no other room available. When it came time to go to bed we quickly realize there were wide vents about the door and corner with the hall bright lights shinning through to the room. Even with the room lights off it was like trying to sleep in a well lit room. When I checked out I told the front desk about the issue and the response was nothing. They just simply asked if I wanted a receipt. I will not be staying here again and do not recommend it to anyone. If I could provide less of a rating I would.
