This is our second visit to Willow Ridge Lodge. Obviously our first visit was good enough to bring us back again. The appearance of this "Lodge" is very nice and the grounds are kept up regularly. The customer service here is really top-notch and I would categorize it no less than service excellence. Everyone is very courteous, helpful and welcoming. That goes from the front desk to the maintenance crews, all very personable. The room was acceptable, as we had the king studio and it was nice to have the couch/seating area after a long day of being out and about to relax. The only complaint I have is the size of the bathtub, it's not really designed for full-sized adults, but does not detract from the functionality. The building we were in was very quiet, with the exception of the occasional door closing, but there were no wild parties or loud guests that we encountered. The location is close enough to the strip so you are literally only a couple of minutes from everything on the strip, yet far enough away to not be bothered by the traffic, etc. Overall this a fantastic facility and not only would I recommend it to others looking for a nice place to stay, I will definitely keep this a top choice when we go back.
