I'll give it 4 stars because of the fact you have to wear a mask to go down and eat breakfast. So I can't tell you how the food was because I refused to wear one

2. The room was in someone else’s name
3. We took the live ones to the front desk in a bag!
4. I know where I stayed and will never stay again….horrible!
5. Have the pictures and video to prove it!
6. There is a promo for Reza at the top of the 1st floor stairs—and you have stacks of old countertops sitting outside the back door! I know where I was! Don’t try to make it seem like you did not have bed bugs in your (what is supposed to be) hotel!!!!

I’m not sure where to begin. This was not exactly a pleasant experience. First off: the walls are paper thin. We stayed three nights, and two of those were marred by a couple playing “checkers” nearby. It made it difficult to sleep. The rooms are nice and clean, but are incredibly dated considering I paid almost 90 dollars a night. There are places around Branson of better quality for 50-60. The breakfast is decent, but nothing special. We will never come to this particular hotel again. Normally I’d say you get what you pay for, but that doesn’t ring true here. I feel robbed.
