They're always lovely and very professional when I'm in. Just a little annoyed at some miscommunication. First I was told that it had been 2 years since I'd been in so I absolutely had to get reestablished before I could schedule my root canal (I was pretty sure that was incorrect, but the last year has been a blur so it wasnt completely out of the question I guess). Then my pain increased significantly so I called to see if it was possible to get the procedure done any sooner than April 9th. They scheduled me for the same week, I was so excited. Come to find out, it was just for a limited exam...and I'd STILL have to wait for the procedure for over a week....even though she made it sound like I was having the procedure the day I scheduled it. It had also not even been a full year since I'd been in, despite having been told it had been 2 years. Not sure if it was a miscommunication issue or what, but now I'm having to have my root canal done elsewhere. The whole thing was just very frustrating. I would've rather not wasted my time on a limited exam when I could've had the procedure done somewhere else and been comfortable by now.
