Will have to echo Randy D's comment as well. Difficult to work with, no communication, work was not done to spec and took forever to get done. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Buyer beware, this company will take your money and not do all of the work. I live in Ballwin and they took my first deposit, did some work, then did not finish and ghosted out. Then wanted full payment. Consider any other roofing company than this one.

Called to have someone out and look at storm damage on my home... I spoke directly with the owner who was more than helpful in every way ... Brian and one of his foremans were out that day to look at the damage and start helping me with the insurance claim.
From start to finish nothing but great work. Would definitely call them for any roofng or residential home repair issues!

Well, where can I start. Besides being totally unresponsive to phone calls, texts, emails during the process from the time they met with the insurance company's field Adjustor, they "dropped the ball" from that point on, they were somewhat saved by the fine hard working South of the Border roofing crew that did the actual work.After meeting with the insurance Adjustor and then writing up the contract for a new roof they were as scarce as a "Blues Fan Standing - Smiling Next to his teams Stanley Cup". They (M) constantly made up excuses of why they did not follow up after they had a contract in hand. The reason being is that They are ONLY an Insurance Negotiation Company -once they get what they want and have a signed contract -- swish - their gone! It took them 2-1/2 months to follow through and order in the correct roofing shingles. Then it was another 2 months after that for the roofing shingles and roofing crew to be on-site. Had my wife take off of work 2X waiting on the shingle shipment. NO shingles and no phone call either. Finally their crack crew put the roof on in  2,days (great job Jorge' - Javier' and crew).That was 2.5'months after deposit of $3000 was paid.Then the harassment that came for payment before my insurance company released the rest of the insurance payment is legendary and on their part and was also very criminal. (and yes I was no perfect angel in my rebuttals to them by phone) If you like having your life threatened - then they should be the company that you use. If you like being lied to - please be my guest and let them lie to you.Overall it was a bad to very very very bad experience.You know what though, the roof does look nice!
