      image I have been a loyal customer to Wells and Lahatte for several years until today. I had an issue with my washing machine that I purchased from them that was under warranty. While performing the warranty claim I asked them to take a look at my ice maker. I was provided a quote of $190 for the ice maker sensor and asked them to order it. The following day the washing machine stuck on the spin cycle which required another warranty visit. During this second visit the technician installed the sensor on my ice maker. I was charged $150 for a service trip, $75 labor and $220 for the sensor that was originally quoted at $190. This charge of $476 is outrageous considering they were already at my house.
