A pretty standard Holiday Inn, you can't go wrong here. Nothing about this hotel stood out from other mid-tier hotels, but everything was satisfactory. It's not high-end, but the room was clean, the service was friendly, and the breakfast was good with quite a few choices. It's well situated in Southaven with easy access to the industrial parks, the highway, and commercial areas. I felt safe here.

I just finished a week and a half stay at this location for work. Great hotel! Clean, updated rooms and friendly staff. Edna was especially awesome! Her smiling face made breakfast each morning a wonderful experience! Thanks, Edna!

On February 16, 2024, we stopped here to get a room because it was close to the Memphis Airport. My husband saw rooms starting at $89 per night online. So we expected the room to be more, but we did expect the lady at the desk to price gouge us. She told my husband that she only had a double room left, and since it was the only room left, the price would be $284 for the night. My husband questioned that rate again and said she again said she could charge that rate since they were at capacity. He said no thanks that he would go across the street to the Avid. The front desk lady then said that Avid was a sister hotel and they were probably at capacity too. My husband asked her if she could call them, and she said she didn't have the number. He said he would take a chance with the other hotel because it did not look to have a lot of cars. We left and went over to the Avid, which had plenty of rooms and cost $104 for that night.

Holiday Inn, Southaven, is a joy of a hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience from check-in to departure. The facility boasts a clean, crisp, and modern atmosphere inside and out with a very professional and courteous staff.
Coming to Southaven? You may want to book your stay here. I'm confident you will be satisfied.
