Out of all of the stores, this one is by far the most unorganized and unprofessional. I have never felt so unwelcome by a group of staff in my life. Out of the 4+ employees that were on duty, not a single one was working. They seemed as if I was inconveniencing them just by being in the store. When I walked in most of them did not even look up from their phone. The one employee I had the displeasure of speaking with told me I could not consign my clothes and to come back another day because I did not have an appointment, even though there were multiple people sitting around. I will not be coming here again anytime soon.

First time customer today. There were piles of feces in two places,one near the shoes and the other by the boys newborn clothes. I let someone know and was told this is from the managers dog and it is an on going problem. Was also told that the employees are expected to clean up after the dog on top of working the store. The young lady that I spoke to was extremely nice. I also sent the pictures and a message to corporate who said they would send a message to the store owner. So I guess watch where you step while trying to navigate the cluttered aisles.
