First off, I dealt with Ashley, who was very nice in terms of conversation. The next review is my opinion. Due to life events I had to get a place quickly. The are is great so when I saw- upgraded, with washer and dryer included etc- I trusted what I saw and did not get a chance to do a walk through. When I got here and handed my money over and went to the apartment. I was so disappointed. My place is old, I am still waiting for a different fridge as the one that I have needs to be in the trash (literally). My apartment was not ready and there were a good many things that needed to be fixed (I was told it will be fixed by move in). So, I should have read the reviews and saw more 1 starts than 5. Now, I have to wait it out until my lease ends. If you don't mind, putting your garbage on your car to throw it out, then this is the place for you.

Formerly known as the clare. They are under new management with seems like it maybe good. However, the availability on the website is not accurate. They let you pay the application fee and take your money. I had to send numerous emails to find that out. Unavailable until January

Worst decision ever! I’ve been told my air not working isn’t an emergency because it’s not 81 degrees outside although it was 80 degrees in my apartment..with two kids might I add! Maintenance is non existent and they lie to management like they’ve done something! They have been bought AGAIN…so I can only imagine why! Patiently waiting on the end of my lease! The manager tries. I can give her that!

Why is nobody at the leasing office not answering the phone?!!! This is ridiculous. I called 20 times and no answer. I hope someone is up there when I come at 12.

Water turned off its 100 degrees outside I have not been able to wash my clothes for over a week and now I can’t shower. Wth am I supposed to do????! We have job to go to I am sticky sweaty and now I can’t shower. This first started august 4th. It is the 12th now, you do the math. Plus constant name changes to throw off the reputation & true reviews . Come on.
