To all: This is an open complaint about CPS Pools and Spas(locations in Jackson and Ridgeland, MS) . Our neighborhood pool was abandoned by CPS right before the July 4th weekend. It needs regular cleaning due to the dust blowing over from neighboring construction, as well as the regular maintenance all pools need. Earlier this week, it was noted the pool was filthy, as CPS had not come out to clean it as regularly scheduled. Our HOA representatives tried to contact them via phone, and eventually had to go to their offices to register a formal complaint, and to get them to DO THEIR JOBS! They were told when they arrived that CPS was discontinuing our service effective immediately, on a HOLIDAY WEEKEND!! No chance to put another pool company on the schedule, and now the pool is extremely filthy and is going to take twice the work to clean. I urge everyone who reads this message, if you have service with CPS, find someone else, before they abandon you before a big event. Their despicable actions and lack of ethics disgusts me, and it should disgust you too! Personal service by knowledgeable staff, when they're not busy. Good products that work, at a good price. Helpful, and generous with knowledge: willing to help me understand my pool without overselling products I don't want. Thanks
