Paid $50, sent cert# and death yr. 11-28-23 Received letter stating item requested is enclosed (not so). 12-13-23 Received letter -cant find it based on info I provided. I called spoke to S who said she found it and would send it out. Still waiting.

Today is 2/2/2024. I just completed my order for a copy of my own birth certificate with a wonderful Agent. She was efficient, and knowledge, but also very patient and kind. The entire transaction took about 20 minutes. I am so glad that MS still uses live individuals rather than using a completely automated system which I hate. Talking to an actual person is so much better. Vital records does use an automotive system to answer and direct your call. However, the menu is short and easy to navigate, and you are quickly directed to a live agent. Overall, a great experience. I chose the UPS shipment with expedited processing and delivery. I may update this review regarding these 2 aspects of my order after I receive my order.
2/6/24 Records arrived yesterday vis UPS Express which cost an additional $33.50. However , featured expedited processing, email updates, tracking, insurance and free replacement if lost or stolen. Documents were mailed on 2/2/24 and delivered 2/5/24. For me the additional cost was worth it, but I did not receive any type of delivery notification via emai. Nevertheless, Overall Experience a 5 Star rating .
