Over 6 months to get an appliance repaired then come to find out they want repair the appliance

The repair man was great to work with however the guy that answered the phones tried like crazy to up sell the warranty. I bought the warranty from the repair man instead. He was more knowledgeable and less pushy. Great repair work. On time service. As scheduled.
